If you're not quite up for jumping out of a plane, or you just want to do some low pressured fundraising for a good cause, this is the perfect challenge for you!
This leisurely, but challenging, 6 mile walk begins at the King's Oak Pub, in High Beach, before leading you through the beautiful terrains of Epping Forest to the Queen Elizabeth Hunting Lodge, and our half way point. Here we will stop for refreshments before getting back on our route and battling the final stretch past Conaught Water, Fairmead and the Epping Forest Field Centre. The Epping Forest Walk is open to all ages, so why not bring the whole family along for an afternoon out?
Registration is only £5 per person, which will get you your Epping Walk Route Map, personalised sponsor forms and a Lennox t-shirt! We hope that you will do your best to raise £75 in sponsorship and, in turn, we'll make sure that what you raise goes towards providing families with spending money during their Respite Breaks this summer.
Children are very welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. We request that pets are kept on a lead and that you provide your own bags for their toilet activities.
For more information or to register, call 01708 734366 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that the terrain is uneven and therefore unsuitable for wheels (bikes, prams, scooters etc.)
