Global Adventure Challenges is a professional organisation with many years experience in delivering exceptional worldwide adventures, expeditions and other exciting challenges. All events are fully supported with each trip led by an experienced expedition leader and supported by a fully trained and equipped expedition medic.

"Wow what a brilliant trip, it was the best experience of my life, I have met some amazing people whom I will never forget."
.
Communication
We want you to feel confident and supported from the moment you request a brochure which is why, together with Global Adventure Challenges, we have a friendly and comprehensive communications plan:
1) On the same day we receive your registration form, you will receive a 'welcome call' from Global Adventure Challenges and they will send out a welcome pack enclosing everything you need to know about the challenge.
2) You will receive regular information updates on flights, event information, visa instructions (if applicable), insurance, introducing the challenge leader and travel information to ensure you are fully prepared for your challenge.
3) Final joining instructions are sent two weeks prior to departure confirming final details and giving participants the opportunity to contact us or Global Adventure challenges with any last minute requests.
4) A final insurance reminder about medical disclosures is sent a week prior to departure.
5) THE BIG EVENT TAKES PLACE
6) One week following your return, you will be sent  a 'congratulations' letter enclosing a challenge questionnaire.
7) You will receive a 'thank you' letter and certificate confirming the total amount you have raised and letting you know how your sponsorship money will be used by the charity.
8) Finally, a 'thank you' letter is sent from Global Adventure Challenges with specific comments regarding your questionnaire feedback.

Challenge Newsletters
Once you have signed up, you will recieve seasonal, quarterly newsletters full of tips for travel, fundraising and training... a little extra motivation to keep you on the right track. You will also receive quarterly charity newsletters keeping you up to date with other events and families the charity is currently supporting.

Discounts
Together with Global Adventure Challenges we will provide some of the best customer care in the lead up to your challenge. They have affilliations with some of the leading outdoor equipment retailers and have retained substantial discounts on their ranges for participants.

Safety and the Environment
The safety and security of our supporters is paramount. Global Adventure Challenges have a comprehensive policy on Responsible Tourism and also have an affiliation with ClimateCare to encourage challenge participants of offset their carbon against the flights on international challenges.
