NEW CHARITY OF THE YEAR PARTNERSHIP

When Kidspace in Romford, needed to nominate a new charity of the year in September 2011, they decided to let the public choose for them by holding an online and in-house vote. After selecting three finalists, voting opened for the public to chose their favourite via Facebook, email or in store. After a nervous wait, we were delighted to hear the the Lennox won with 1,266 votes and is now Kidspace Romford's Charity of the Year! Over the coming year we will work closely with their staff to organise fundraising events including a fabulous family fun day on Saturday 5th November! FAMILY FUN DAY MARKS THE
LAUNCH OF PARTNERSHIP

Fundraising kicked off on Saturday 5th November 2011 with a fabulous fun day to introduce the Lennox as Kidspace Romford’s new Charity of the Year.

Stalls included face painting, childrens books, glitter tattoos and much more. Koby the Kidspace mascot even put in an appearance with some singing and dancing to help to raise over £160!

We'd like to say a huge thank you to Helen and all the fantastic staff at Kidspace for their support and sheer enthusiasm and to Chloe Taylforth for donating her time to help with the face painting all day.

ANOTHER FAMILY FUN DAY EXTRAVAGANZA!

On Wednesday 15th February, Kidspace in Romford held their second Family Fun Day in aid of the Lennox and helped us to raise £145!

It was the busiest day of the year so far with hundreds of families passing through the doors. The face painting stall produced many fabulous butterflies, spidermen, pirates and princess, while the book stall and raffle kept parents entertained too.
