![]() Thank you to Howdens Joinery in Bishops Stortford who have very generously donated a brand new kitchen hob for one of our holiday homes! The hob will be fitted into the charity's Lodge in the New Forest, where many families will be staying this summer to enjoy some relaxing, quality time together. ![]() Carys Crooks took on a sponsored tandem skydive at the beginning of March and with the help of her supportive friends and family, raised £457. Carys skydived with Skydive London at Redlands Airfield in Swindon. She said "It was brilliant and I'm so happy I did it for such a good cause! I hope it has helped and if I ever do another I will be raising for you again!" To find out more about skydiving for us click here. ![]() Hollie Evans went all out this year to organise an Easter egg hunt for her friends and family, and by doing so raised £86.77! The sun came out as the children hunted high and low for the hidden chocolate eggs, bounced on the bouncy castle, played in the sand pit and got sticky with some arts and crafts. Everyone had a fantastic time! Thank you to Hollie and everyone who donated. The funds have been allocated to our Memory Maker Appeal for 2014. |
