![]() This weekend our brave team of warriors took on fire, water, mud and barbed wire in the toughest 7.5km obstacle race in the country! John Beach, Gareth Beach, Jay Ryan, Michael Ryan, Sam Kersey and Mark Peel (pictured) travelled from Essex to a very muddy Pippingford Park in East Sussex to brave the elements for Lennox. The team have already raised £560 for the charity with more still to come! Thank you to our brave team, and to Lindsey Horne who went along to support them on the day.

Respite Breaks are short holidays given to families in desperate need of some relaxing time away from the day-to-day stress of cancer treatment. Oliver is undergoing aggressive chemotherapy for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia and wont finish his treatment until 2015, so a little respite fun at home is very important to the whole family.
