Christmas Selection Box Appeal

Picture
Every year we collect chocolate selection boxes and other treats for children going through cancer treatment or receiving cancer care in hospital during the Christmas period.

During the week before Christmas, the selection boxes that have been donated are taken to hospitals with children's oncology wards and given out with toys and games for the ward too.

It is important to remember that there may be some children who are nil-by-mouth, meaning they will not be able to eat any of the goodies we bring, but don't worry, that's why we also take a huge selection of toys, games and DVDs for them to enjoy.

We don't want anyone to feel left out so we always make sure that there are enough treats for every child on the ward and every visiting sibling too!

What we can take...
  • Chocolate selection boxes
  • Prepacked sweets and chocolate
  • Toys
  • Games
  • Puzzles
  • DVDs
  • Craft activities
*please note that due to the risk of infection, all donations must be brand new and in original packaging.
