The adidas Women’s 5K Challenge is a fun run for women of all ages taking place in Hyde Park, London. Every year thousands of women running raise huge sums for charity. This could be your year to join them and raise funds for children with cancer.

If you would like to take part in the challenge and support the Lennox all you need to do is pay the entry fee of £15 (of which £5 will be donated to the Lennox Children's Cancer Fund) and then help us further by raising as much sponsorship money as you can. Ask your friends, family and colleagues to support you.

Here’s what you need to do:
Step 1. Choose to run for the Lennox Children's Cancer Fund.
Step 2. Click here to apply online for a place.
