The Southend Taxi Drivers’ Charity Fund for Children started with the original objective of taking 250 local children away for the day on an annual outing by taxi.

Since then their activities have been extended to include sick and disabled children living in the Southend, Rayleigh, Rochford and Castlepoint areas.

They also arrange events and parties.
